Have you seen a video online that deserves to be shown at the festival?

If so, you can nominate it. Simply fill this form.

How does it work?

  1. You nominate a video that is publicly available on any video hosting website.
  2. The festival screens the video along with other entries. If selected:
  3. The festival will contact the producers to obtain a high-quality version of the video if available or needed.

Qualifications & Terms:

The same festival qualifications apply to all nominated videos. The festival will not showcase a video if it is removed by the hosting website for copyright or other infringements even after the selection. The final selection will be announced on the website and screened at the festival. The festival will screen directly from the website if no other version has been provided. If a video is not qualified for public showing, it will be screened only on the festival website/video channel.

FAQs:

Can I nominate my own video?

  • It is better to submit your video via our regular submission process as nominated videos go through a different selection process and may have limited showing opportunities.

Can I nominate multiple videos?

  • Yes.

Can I nominate a whole channel/broadcaster?

  • Only one video can be nominated at a time. But you can nominate multiple videos of the same webcaster.

Does repetitive nomination of the same video increase the selection chances?

  • Not really, it just increases repetitive data on the cyberspace.

What can I nominate?

  •  Any video that meets our qualifications and is available publicly. Private, password-protected, illegally-hosted or distributed and non-copyrighted videos are not accepted.
